Due to my work nature, there will be a very busy first & second days of the month every quarter. I don't even have spare time to write my diary, whether it is weight or running, the training time is really limited. So I have missed a few diary and decided to record everything under this post.

29 Feb 2016 - I have a feeling that it's going to be a tough day for this quarter closing, I couldn't sit still, and I need a run to calm down myself. I ran around the residential area, 1 round is around 5.15KM and this route has become my main training route, the distance is just good and it can even use for Long Slow Distance Training.

1~4 Mar 2016 - Too much of workloads and pressure almost caused me emotion breakdown during these 4 days, I felt like going for a run to release some pressure (not to bring work stress back home), emotionally I am at a very critical point of being breakdown. Even though I have tried my best, yet there isn't good enough to prevent issues from happening, the effort is not appreciated yet still need to face accusations, this is just so wrong. There is no run these 4 days, spending time with my wife and daughter is good enough to balance up my unhappiness and work stress.

5 Mar 2016 - Wake up in this morning, even though it is Saturday, I still couldn't get rid of the work pressure, it hasn't been a very good week for me, but slowly and gradually, I am back to normal as it is not so tension now. I don't feel like running, but I knew deep in my heart it is something I need, so I wake up and did a very slow pace 5KM, it took me 40 minutes.

6 Mar 2016 - I sent my wife and daughter to the morning market and went back home to run a 5K, The sun is bright but I still couldn't feel the heat, I started quite fast, perhaps, this is a good way to release all my stress out, at the U-turn point (2KM+) I cannot continue with the pace I started. When I am in a very tough situation, I tend to see everything negatively, "The heat from the sun is just too hot...", at the end, I switch to run-walk method and complete the 5K. At night, I did another 5K due to Monday Blue, I feel better after the run, but it did affect my sleeping quality for that night.

7 Mar 2016 - I have been consistently running a 5K for the past 3 days, so it become easier for me to start today run, I just run it

9 Mar 2016 - Finally I am able to overcome the morning tiredness and did a 5K in the morning, I have been trying very hard to make running a 5K in the morning as a habit. I prefer morning run and 5K distance is just right for me, this is a distance I can really enjoy, I am going to make this a habit every day.

I have decided to switch all my main practice in the evening, this will give my leg enough time to recover for the next morning 5k.
